Hi there, I have not been 3D printing for a few months.
I have just finished this concept "Quadbot Walker" model as part of my sci fi visual story www.3zuni.com
Over the next month or so, I am going to be 3d printing this out, painting it with airbrushes, then setting up a photo shoot of it with Scottish landscapes in the background. I will put progress posts here and also on my websites/social media etc.
Next stage, I need to split the model components up for 3D printing and set the parts up in Cura.
I hope you would like to follow my progress and pitfalls along the way! :)
I modelled this in Blender 2.80, the renders here are using the Eevee engine. I also got more "hard op" modelling tips from the great course "Hard Surface Modeling in Blender" by Aidy Burrows and Gleb Alexandrov.
Thanks,
James
